How is it performed?

During a neck liposuction and lift with Necktite, Dr. Furze applies radiofequency waves to heat up the neck area externally and internally. The procedure involves making one or two tiny incisions, depending on Dr. Furze’s assessment of your needs. These incisions are done strategically, so that they wouldn’t be visible to the untrained eye. A tube called a cannula will be inserted through the incision and used to emit radiofrequency waves. The fat is liquefied and sucked out with a fine cannula. Dr. Furze reshapes and tightens the neck and jawline. When the skin heals, you will notice a tighter, younger neck and jawline area. Some of the results are visible immediately after the procedure, but your neck will look best starting at 3-6 months after the procedure.

What’s the recovery like?

You will be able to return home right after the procedure. Some swelling and mild bruising around the area may be present, both of which are perfectly normal. You will be wearing a chinstrap for a few days to help with the swelling and to help maintain the new shape of your chin – no celebrity discount here. A follow up with Dr. Furze will be done a week after your surgery.
